Our flat rate of $2,400 covers all materials and labor for a standard ductless mini split installation. No hourly billing, no surprise charges. Just a fair price for a quality install. And because we are based in Austin, we know how much Central Texas heat demands a system you can trust.
To get on our calendar, you pay a $400 materials deposit. This deposit is processed through our secure card checkout. It reserves your install day and covers the cost of ordering the equipment for your home. We do not ask for the full amount upfront because we want you to feel confident in the process.
If your plans change, just let us know. We will work with you. The deposit is refundable if we cancel or if we cannot reach an agreement on the install date. But once you are scheduled, the deposit locks in the flat rate of $2,400 for that day. That rate does not change even if our Joker Day price is lower on another week.
Our crew arrives on the scheduled day ready to work. We handle everything from mounting the indoor unit to running the line set and connecting the outdoor condenser. Because we charge a flat rate, there is no clock watching. We take the time to do a clean, careful installation that fits your home. For homes in older Austin neighborhoods with tricky layouts, that extra care matters.
We also handle any required permits. Permit requirements vary by city, whether you are in Round Rock, Georgetown, or San Marcos. We take care of what is needed so you do not have to worry about paperwork. The $2,400 covers that too. The only thing you might pay extra for is if you need electrical work beyond a standard connection, and we will discuss that with you before we start.
Once the installation is complete, we do a final walkthrough with you. We power on the system and show you that it is cooling (or heating) properly. We explain the remote and basic settings so you feel comfortable. Only after you have seen the system running and you are satisfied do we ask for the remaining balance.
The balance is the difference between the flat $2,400 and the $400 deposit you already paid, so $2,000. You pay that through our secure card checkout on the spot. We do not send invoices later or add surprise fees. It is a one and done payment. Then you can start enjoying the comfort of your new ductless mini split, whether it is a single zone or a multi zone system.
If you cancel at least 48 hours before your scheduled install day, we refund your full deposit. For cancellations within 48 hours, we may keep the deposit to cover materials we have already ordered and the lost time slot. We will always try to work with you and reschedule if possible.
The $2,400 covers all standard materials and labor for a typical ductless mini split installation. That includes the line set, wiring, condensate drain, mounting hardware, and any permits required by your city. If your home needs extra electrical work like a new circuit or panel upgrade, or if we discover structural issues that require special equipment, we discuss those costs with you before proceeding. No hidden charges.
Each week we designate one day as Joker Day. The price for that day is lower than our standard $2,400 flat rate, but the exact amount changes weekly. You can see the current Joker Day price on our homepage. If you book that day, you get that week's special price. The deposit and balance due on completion model still apply the same way. The lower price is a limited availability offer, so check the homepage to see if your preferred date is a Joker Day.
We require payment by debit or credit card through our secure checkout system. This keeps things simple and safe for both sides. We do not accept cash or checks. If you do not have a card, you can use a prepaid card or ask a family member to help. The deposit and final payment are both processed the same way.
We do not leave until the system is running and cooling or heating as expected. You see it work before you pay the final balance. If an issue arises later, we offer a warranty on the installation workmanship. The manufacturer also covers the equipment. We are a local Austin company and we stand behind our work.
