What the Bid Number Covers
The weekday figure is $2,400. The weekend figure is $2,600. Both include materials and labor for one standard single zone.
A $400 materials deposit books the date. Balance is due on completion. One JOKER DAY each week is priced lower than the weekday rate. The day changes week to week and is revealed on the home page.
What Counts as Non Standard
If the job is not a standard single zone, it is quoted before any work begins. Extra zones, a changed mount, a closed wall, or a path the site walk did not call standard sit outside the flat number. Do not bake them into $2,400.
You receive the quote first. Work does not start on those items until you accept it. That is how your client walkthrough stays aligned with the exhibit.
Permits, Power, and Who Pulls What
Jester Climate does not pull permits. Requirements vary by jurisdiction. Confirming that is on the owner or the general contractor.
Circuit size and the electrical path are confirmed at the site walk. Leave the panel unlocked. A separate mechanical permit, if the jurisdiction wants one, is the owner or GC task before the crew arrives.
What the Site Walk Confirms
Line set length, circuit size, drain routing, penetration location, and equipment size are confirmed at the site walk. Nothing variable is assumed from a plan set. Bring the drawings you have; the walk still governs.
Indoor placement on a metal liner, outdoor placement off the slab, and whether the drain can fall by gravity are all site facts. Have the person who will stand at client walkthrough present. Shops, lofts, and living ends are not sized from the plan set alone.

Leave the indoor mount clear. Leave the outdoor pad or wall bay clear. Leave the line set path open; do not hang metal or hang drywall over it before the run is in.
Have a site contact with keys. If a permit was required, it is already in hand from the owner or GC. Quoted non standard items are accepted before the crew rolls.
