The Flat Number for Your Bid

You get one number: $2,400 for a standard single zone mini split install on a weekday. That covers materials and labor. No waiting for a quote. You can plug this line item into your estimate today.

The price stays the same across projects as long as the scope is standard. If the site walk reveals non standard work, we quote that before we start. No surprises at invoicing.

How Scheduling Works

You pick the install date. We confirm it. If anything changes on our side, you get told. No guesswork.

We run one joker day each week at a lower price. The day changes week to week. Check the home page to see which day is joker day.

What Triggers Extra Cost

The $2,400 covers a standard single zone install. Non standard work gets a separate quote before we start. Examples include a roof penetration, a line set run longer than typical, or a circuit that needs upgrading.

We confirm specifics at the site walk. You get the quote before we order materials.

  • Roof penetration for line set
  • Line set run longer than typical
  • Circuit upgrade or new circuit
  • Custom drain routing
  • Wall or ceiling concealment
  • Equipment size beyond standard

Repeating for Multiple ADUs

If you have multiple ADUs on the same or different sites, call us to set up repeat scheduling. We handle each unit as a separate install at the same flat price per unit.

One phone call, one line item per unit. Your bid stays consistent.

Site Walk and Prep

Before install day, we do a site walk to confirm line set length, circuit size, drain routing, and equipment size. This is a rule of thumb: a small casita can load bigger than it looks if it has west facing glass and a hot attic.

We confirm the prep checklist with you. The crew arrives when the drywall crew leaves. You make sure the wall is open, the disconnect is mounted, and the circuit is run to the disconnect.

Phases run in this order on a standard job. Site conditions change the pace, so nothing here is a timeline commitment. If something on site is different from the walk, you get told before it turns into cost.

How the money worksTwo payments, no surprises

$400 materials deposit books the date and buys the equipment for your job. Balance due on completion, on the visit the system runs.

$2,400 weekday. $2,600 Saturday or Sunday. One Joker day each week is priced under the weekday rate. The day moves week to week and it is shown on the home page, so if your schedule has slack you can aim at it.

Non standard work is quoted before any work begins. Nothing gets added to the number without you approving it first.

Questions builders ask
What if the install is on a weekend?
Weekend installs are $2,600. The same scope applies. We schedule weekend dates by request.
How do I book a joker day?
The joker day changes week to week. Check the home page for the current joker day. That day is priced lower than the weekday rate.
What if the line set needs to be longer?
Line set length is confirmed at the site walk. If the run requires extra material or labor beyond what is included in the standard install, that is non standard work and we quote it before we start.
Can I add the cost to my bid as a line item?
Yes. The line item is 'Mini split single zone install: $2,400'. You can copy that directly into your estimate.
What if I have multiple ADUs on one property?
Call us to set up repeat scheduling. Each ADU is a separate install at the same flat price. We coordinate dates per unit.
