Weekend rate is $2,600. One JOKER DAY each week is priced lower than the weekday rate. Which day it lands on changes week to week and is revealed on the home page.
Non standard work
Non standard work is quoted before any work begins. Extra heads, extra outdoor units, pumps, panel work, and non standard mounts sit in that bucket.
The $2,400 weekday number does not absorb those items. Quote first. Then work.
Who pulls what
Jester Climate does not pull permits. Requirements vary by jurisdiction. Confirming that is on the owner or the general contractor.
Electrical circuit, drain routing, penetration location, and equipment size are confirmed at the site walk. The builder owns access, trade order, and what the city asked for.
