  • Line set, condensate drain, electrical disconnect
  • Standard line set cover
  • System startup and test
  • Cleanup of work area

The Date That Holds

You pick a date. We confirm it. If anything changes we tell you. No guesswork.

We schedule around your drywall timeline. Call when the rough is ready. We set a date that works for both crews.

  • Drywall finished and painted
  • Ceiling and wall penetrations marked
  • Electrical rough in complete with disconnect box in place
  • Clear path from exterior to interior unit location
  • Exterior wall space for condenser pad
  • No debris or obstacles in work area

The Clean Install

Your client walks through and sees neat line set covers, a level condenser pad, and no mess. We keep the jobsite clean during and after the install.

We understand this is your reputation on the line. Every unit we install looks professional and performs as speced.

Repeat Work

One phone call for all your mini split needs across multiple ADUs, casitas, and pool houses. Call (512) 297-7493 to set up repeat scheduling.

We learn your preferences and your site specs. Each job gets the same reliable process.

The Site Walk

Before any work we walk the site. We confirm line set length, circuit size, drain routing, penetration location, and equipment size.

Sizing is a rule of thumb confirmed on site. A casita reads smaller than it loads. West glass and a hot attic push the size up. The size gets confirmed on site.

If your site needs something non standard we quote it then. No surprises.
