What a standard install covers
Single zone mini split with one indoor and one outdoor unit. Equipment size is confirmed on site based on room dimensions, insulation, and heat load.
Install includes mounting, line set connection, electrical hookup, and system startup. No additional charges for standard work.

Pick a date that fits your timeline. Weekday rate is lower than weekend. One joker day each week is priced below the weekday rate; check the home page for the current joker day.
Date is confirmed when the $400 deposit is paid. If anything changes, you get told. No schedule surprises.
What triggers extra cost
Non standard work is quoted before any work begins. Standard scope covers typical single zone installs. Anything outside that gets priced upfront.
Examples include additional line set length, complex drain routing, or structural modifications. No hidden fees.

Same line item, same call. Call to set up repeat scheduling. No changes to the process or pricing structure.

- What if the electrical work isn't ready when the install crew arrives?
- The crew will assess the situation and determine if the install can proceed. If not, the job may need to be rescheduled, and the deposit may be forfeited. Coordination calls help avoid this.
- How is equipment size determined?
- Size is confirmed on site based on room dimensions, insulation, and heat load. Rule of thumb: a casita reads smaller than it loads, west glass and a hot attic push the size up.
- What if the line set length is longer than expected?
- Line set length is confirmed at the site walk. Additional length beyond standard is non standard work and will be quoted before any work begins.
- Can you install multiple indoor units on one outdoor unit?
- Non standard work. Multiple indoor units require a multi zone system and will be quoted before any work begins.
- What if the install date needs to change after booking?
- Call as soon as possible. The date can be changed if availability allows, but last-minute changes may require rescheduling and could result in a forfeited deposit.
