How to plug the number into your bid today

Standard single zone mini split install is $2,400 on weekdays. $2,600 on weekends. One JOKER DAY each week is priced lower than the weekday rate. The day changes week to week and is posted on the home page.

The $400 materials deposit books the date. Balance is due on completion. Non standard work is quoted before any work begins. No surprises on the invoice.

  • Call before the drywall crew leaves to confirm the date
  • Weekday rate fits most timelines
  • Weekend rate buys a day if the schedule slips
  • JOKER DAY rate is the lowest option if the timeline is flexible

What happens if the site isn't ready on install day

If the site isn't ready when the crew arrives, we call you. You decide whether to proceed or reschedule. No charge if you reschedule before work begins.

If you proceed, non standard work may trigger a quote. You'll know the cost before any extra work starts.

Why you call before the drywall crew leaves

Drywall is the last chance to route the line set clean. If you call after, the install may need extra work to hide or protect the lines. That triggers a quote.

The site walk confirms the equipment size, penetration location and drain routing. If the drywall is up, changes may cost extra.

How the day is held once you book it

The date you book is the date we hold. If anything changes, we call you. No last-minute surprises.

The crew arrives at the site walk time. If the site isn't ready, we call you before starting work.

What a standard install covers

One indoor unit, one outdoor unit, line set, circuit, and basic controls. The site walk confirms the exact setup for your project.

Non standard work is quoted before any work begins. You'll know the cost upfront.

Repeat work across projects

  • Outdoor unit location is clear and level

How the money worksTwo payments, no surprises

$400 materials deposit books the date and buys the equipment for your job. Balance due on completion, on the visit the system runs.

$2,400 weekday. $2,600 Saturday or Sunday. One Joker day each week is priced under the weekday rate. The day moves week to week and it is shown on the home page, so if your schedule has slack you can aim at it.

Non standard work is quoted before any work begins. Nothing gets added to the number without you approving it first.

Questions builders ask
What if the equipment size changes after the site walk?
If the size changes, we quote the difference before work begins. The site walk confirms the size, but if something is missed, we'll tell you before starting extra work.
Can I book a date before the site walk?
Yes. The $400 deposit books the date. The site walk happens before install day to confirm the details. If anything changes, we call you.
What happens if the crew arrives and the site isn't ready?
We call you before starting work. You decide whether to proceed or reschedule. If you proceed, non standard work may trigger a quote.
Do I need to be on site for the install?
A point of contact needs to be available for the site walk and at the end of the day to review the install. The crew can work without you if the site is ready.
How do I book the same install on multiple projects?
Call to set up repeat scheduling. Same line item, same phone call.
