Weekday, weekend, and Joker Day pricing
Standard single zone mini split installation is $2,400 on weekdays, materials and labor. The weekend rate is $2,600. One Joker Day each week is priced lower than the weekday rate. Which day it lands on changes week to week and is revealed on the home page.

Who pulls permits and who does not
Jester Climate does not pull permits. Requirements vary by jurisdiction. Confirming the permit is on the owner or the general contractor. We are not a permitting authority.
Permit duty belongs in your exhibit with the owner or GC named. We are not that named party. Extra items an inspector requires get a quote before they are performed.
Sizing and variables on the site walk
A casita reads smaller than it loads. West glass and a hot attic push the size up. The size gets confirmed on site.
Indoor location, outdoor location, drain path, and electrical path are walked. If they match standard the $2,400 weekday number holds. If they do not, the difference is quoted before work begins.

You pick the date. It gets confirmed. If anything changes you get told.
