That heat soaks the concrete and the wall behind the machine. Motors, boards, and screens sit in that air even when you are not training.

The wall already carries a heavy mount

A digital strength trainer is a heavy wall mount. Garage walls are often wood studs with drywall or OSB, or metal skin over light framing. The machine should already sit in real structure. The indoor head needs its own fasteners in studs or blocking. Two mounts on one wall means the crew has to see the load before they pick a bay.

Sharing the wall with the indoor head
