The Flat Rate

$2,400 per single zone on weekdays. $2,600 on weekends. One Joker Day each week is priced lower than the weekday rate. The day changes weekly and is shown on our home page.

That number covers materials and labor. It is the number you put in your bid. No add-ons for standard work. Non standard work is quoted before anything starts.

The Schedule

You pick the date. We confirm it. If anything changes, we tell you. No guessing. No missed windows.

We work around your drywall schedule. The install crew shows up when you are ready. Call (512) 297-7493 to book a date.

The Install

Clean install. The client sees neat work at walkthrough. Lines are routed tight. The indoor unit sits level. The outdoor unit is on a pad or bracket.

We do not leave debris. The crew cleans up before they leave. The system is started and tested.

  • Indoor unit mounted on interior wall
  • Outdoor unit on pad or bracket
  • Line set connections run and insulated
  • Condensate drain routed to approved location
  • Electrical disconnect and wiring completed
  • System startup and operation test

The Scope

Standard install includes one indoor unit, one outdoor unit, and all materials and labor to connect them. Site walk confirms line set length, circuit size, drain routing, and equipment size.

Non standard work is quoted before we start. If the job changes, you know the cost upfront.

The Repeat

One phone call sets up repeat scheduling across jobs. You do not need to re-quote every time. The flat rate stays the same for standard work.

Call (512) 297-7493 to set up repeat scheduling. One number for the bid. One date. One call.
