Flat Rate, No Surprises
You get one number for the bid. $2,400 weekday, $2,600 weekend. That covers standard single zone mini split installation.
If the job requires non standard work, we quote it before we start. No back charges.
Reserve a Date That Stays Reserved
Your $400 deposit locks the date. We do not bump it.
If the site is not ready when we arrive, we tell you. The deposit shifts to the next available date. No fee.
You pick the day. We show up.
Call Before Drywall Closes
Once the drywall crew leaves, access to the wall cavity is closed. We need to run line set, drain, and electrical before that.
If you call after, we have to cut into finished walls. That costs time and money.
Call us when the drywall is scheduled. We coordinate the install date to happen before the crew finishes.
Weekday or Weekend, Your Call
Weekday install is $2,400. Weekend install is $2,600. Both are standard single zone.
You choose the day that fits your timeline. The date is confirmed after deposit.
We work both days. No extra charges for weekend.
The Joker Day, Lower Price
One day each week is priced lower than the weekday rate. That day changes week to week.
Check the home page for the current joker day. If it fits your schedule, you save.
The joker day is first come, first served. Only one per week.
Repeat Work, One Call
If you have multiple projects, set up repeat scheduling. One phone call lines up the next install.
