Pick the Date That Fits Your Timeline
You call us. You tell us what week you want the install. We confirm a date and hold it with a $400 deposit. Balance is due on completion.
Weekday rate is $2,400. Weekend rate is $2,600. One day each week, called the Joker Day, is priced lower than the weekday rate. That day changes week to week and is shown on the home page. You can buy that day if it lines up with your schedule.
If the site is not ready when we arrive, we tell you before we start. We do not charge extra for a site that is ready. We do not install into a space that is not ready. You get a call, not a surprise bill.
Why Call Before the Drywall Crew Leaves
Once drywall is up, running line sets and drain lines gets harder. Penetrations through the wall need to be placed where the unit will go. If the drywall crew has already finished, you are cutting holes in new work or running surface mount lines that look like an afterthought.
Call us when the framing is open. We walk the site, confirm where the indoor unit and outdoor unit go, and mark the penetration. That way the drywall crew leaves that area open. The install happens clean and on schedule.
What a Standard Install Includes
The $2,400 weekday rate covers a standard single zone mini split install. That means one indoor wall unit, one outdoor unit, line set, drain line, and a dedicated circuit from the panel. Materials and labor are included.

We show up and install. You make sure the site is ready. Here is what that means.

- Outdoor unit location is level and clear of obstructions
- No drywall or insulation blocking the penetration area

- Test and StartEvacuate the line set, charge the system, and start the unit. Verify airflow, cooling and heating. Walk you through operation.
Phases run in this order on a standard job. Site conditions change the pace, so nothing here is a timeline commitment. If something on site is different from the walk, you get told before it turns into cost.

- Sizing is a rule of thumb confirmed on site. A casita reads smaller than it loads. West glass and a hot attic push the size up. We confirm the size when we walk the site.
