What the Standard Install Includes
The standard single zone install covers an indoor wall mounted unit and an outdoor condensing unit. The line set and condensate drain are run through a single exterior wall penetration. A dedicated electrical disconnect and whip are installed within sight of the outdoor unit.
The system is charged, leak tested, and operated to confirm cooling and heating function. A remote control and basic startup instructions are left on site. The crew cleans the work area before leaving.
What Gets Confirmed at the Site Walk
Before any work starts, a Jester Climate technician visits the job. They confirm the exact line set run length, the electrical circuit size, the condensate drain routing, and the wall penetration location. Equipment size is set by a rule of thumb based on room conditions, verified on site.
If the site walk reveals conditions that fall outside the standard scope, a separate quote is provided before any work begins. No surprises on install day.

How to Book and Pay
Booking is done by phone. You pick a date. That date is confirmed. If anything changes on our end, you get told. A $400 materials deposit holds the slot. The balance is due on completion, before the crew leaves.
Weekday installs are $2,400. Weekend installs are $2,600. One day each week is priced below the weekday rate. That day changes week to week and is shown on the Jester Climate home page.
When Non-Standard Work Applies
Non-standard work is any condition that falls outside the standard scope described above. It is always quoted before any work begins. You decide whether to proceed or adjust the scope.
Common triggers include a line set run longer than typical, multiple wall penetrations, a drain pump, or electrical work beyond a single dedicated circuit. Non-standard mounting surfaces like a roof also require a separate quote.
