Bid a Flat Number Today
The weekday number is $2,400 for a standard single zone mini split, materials and labor. The weekend number is $2,600. One Joker Day each week is priced lower than the weekday rate. Which day it lands on changes week to week and is revealed on the home page.
Monday through Friday uses the weekday number. Saturday and Sunday use the weekend number. Call (512) 297-7493 with the date you need.
- Weekday standard single zone: $2,400
- Weekend standard single zone: $2,600
- Joker Day: lower than weekday, home page
- $400 materials deposit to book
- Non standard: quoted before work begins
What the Number Covers
The $2,400 weekday price is a standard single zone mini split install. Indoor head, outdoor unit, connecting work, and startup sit inside that number when the job is standard. Non standard work is quoted before any work begins.
A casita reads smaller than it loads. West glass and a hot attic push the size up. The size gets confirmed on site. Line set routing, circuit, drain path, penetration location, and equipment size are confirmed at the site walk.
What the Number Does Not Cover
If the job is not a standard single zone install, it is not the $2,400 number. Extra zones, non standard mounting, electrical work beyond a standard hookup, and finish repair are examples. Those items are quoted before any work begins.
Do not assume the weekday number still holds after the site walk finds extra work. You will have a quoted figure before the crew starts. The $2,400 line stays only when the walk confirms a standard single zone job.
One Line Item, One Phone Call
Paste a single line into the estimate. Keep the description short: standard single zone mini split, weekday, materials and labor, $2,400. Use $2,600 if the date is a weekend.
Call (512) 297-7493 to book. Keep the same line item on every standard turn. One number for the office and the crew.
Fixed Price vs a Pending Quote
A pending quote does not help when the bid is due today. A flat $2,400 weekday number does. You can submit without holding the package for an HVAC figure.
If the site walk later shows non standard work, that work is quoted before any work begins. You are not guessing in front of your client at walkthrough. The standard job stays a known line.
Deposit, Date, and Site Walk
A $400 materials deposit books the date. Balance is due on completion. Service area is Austin and the I-35 corridor.
Give the date you want when you call. Booking takes the $400 materials deposit. That week's Joker Day is listed on the home page.

$2,400 weekday. $2,600 Saturday or Sunday. One Joker day each week is priced under the weekday rate. The day moves week to week and it is shown on the home page, so if your schedule has slack you can aim at it.
Non standard work is quoted before any work begins. Nothing gets added to the number without you approving it first.

- Can I bid $2,400 before anyone walks the unit?
- Use $2,400 when you are bidding a standard single zone weekday job. Switch to $2,600 for Saturday or Sunday. After the site walk, only non standard findings move the number, and those are quoted before work starts.
- What does the $400 cover?
- The $400 is a materials deposit to book. Pay it when you take the date. Remaining balance is due on completion.
- Do you pull the permit?
- Jester Climate does not pull permits. Requirements vary by jurisdiction. Confirming that is on the owner or the general contractor.
- How does the date get set on a turn?

- We turn units all year. How do we set that up?
- Call (512) 297-7493 to set up repeat scheduling. Keep the weekday or weekend number on each standard single zone line. Jobs that are not standard still get a quote before work begins.
