Pick the date and get it confirmed
Call (512) 297-7493. You pick the date. The date gets confirmed.
$400 materials deposit books the date. Balance is due on completion. That is the hold on the calendar.
Weekday, weekend, and joker day
$2,400 is the weekday number for a standard single zone, materials and labor. $2,600 is the weekend number. Use the rate that matches the day you need.
One joker day each week is priced lower than the weekday rate. Which day it lands on changes week to week. It is revealed on the home page.
Call before the drywall crew leaves
Call while the walls are still open. That is when a standard path is most likely. After the board is hung, routing and concealment often leave the standard install.
Size is a rule of thumb confirmed on site. A casita reads smaller than it loads. West glass and a hot attic push the size up.
- Line set path confirmed at the site walk
- Drain routing confirmed at the site walk
- Penetration location confirmed at the site walk
- Equipment size confirmed at the site walk
- Circuit confirmed at the site walk
If the site is not ready
Call before the crew is due if the room, the outdoor location, or access is not ready. Pick a new date. Confirmation comes back on the new date.
Do not leave the original date on the calendar and hope the site catches up. A closed room or a blocked condenser pad is a call, not a wait for the crew.
The number on your client's walkthrough
Put one line on the estimate. Standard single zone is $2,400 on a weekday and $2,600 on a weekend, materials and labor. Anything outside that scope is quoted before the wall is opened.
Jester Climate is the name on the sub. The phone is (512) 297-7493. Your client sees one sub and one number.
Same call on the next remodel
Call (512) 297-7493 to set up repeat scheduling. Use the same weekday or weekend number in the next bid.
The site walk still happens. Line set, circuit, drain routing, penetration location, and equipment size are confirmed at the site walk on each job. Service area is Austin and the I-35 corridor.

- Note on the ticket if drywall is open or closed
- Path from the street to the outdoor location
- Permit status handled by the owner or general contractor
- Other trades off that wall and pad when the crew arrives
- Check inCrew checks in with the site contact. Work follows the layout from the site walk unless the site has changed.
- Confirm layoutHead location and outdoor location get a last look. Anything outside the standard install is quoted before the tools come out.
- Run the pathLine set and drain follow the path from the site walk. Penetrations go at the spots set on that walk.
- Set and startIndoor head and outdoor unit are set. The system is started and checked in operation.
- Walk the workYou walk the completed work with the crew. The remaining balance is collected when the work is done.
Phases run in this order on a standard job. Site conditions change the pace, so nothing here is a timeline commitment. If something on site is different from the walk, you get told before it turns into cost.
$400 materials deposit books the date and buys the equipment for your job. Balance due on completion, on the visit the system runs.
$2,400 weekday. $2,600 Saturday or Sunday. One Joker day each week is priced under the weekday rate. The day moves week to week and it is shown on the home page, so if your schedule has slack you can aim at it.
Non standard work is quoted before any work begins. Nothing gets added to the number without you approving it first.
Running the same install across more than one project? Call (512) 297-7493 to set up repeat scheduling.
- What number do I plug into the bid?
- Use $2,400 for a weekday standard single zone, materials and labor. Use $2,600 if the date that fits is a weekend. Work that is not standard is quoted before it starts.
- How do I hold a day?
- Call (512) 297-7493 and pick the date. A $400 materials deposit books it. Confirmation comes back on that date.
- Why not wait until after drywall?
- Penetration location, line set, and drain routing are confirmed at the site walk. Open framing is the time to set that path. After the board is up, concealment and routing are often non standard and get quoted before work begins.
- My drywall date slipped. Now what?
- Call (512) 297-7493 and name the new date. Wait for confirmation on the new date. Do not keep the old date if the room will not be ready.
- Who pulls the permit?
- Jester Climate does not pull permits. Requirements vary by jurisdiction. Confirming that is on the owner or the general contractor.
