A number you can bid with today
You are putting together a bid and you need a hard number for mechanicals. You do not want to wait on a quote that changes when the job gets closer. $2,400 is the number for a standard single zone install on a weekday.
That covers materials and labor. You write the line item into your estimate and move on. If the job is a weekend install, the number is $2,600. Everything else gets confirmed at the site walk.
How scheduling works for a GC
You pick the date. We confirm it. The crew arrives on the day the drywall crew leaves. If anything changes on your end or ours, you get told before it becomes a problem.
One Joker Day each week is priced lower than the weekday rate. The day changes week to week. Check the home page to see which day lands this week.
What the line item covers

- It includes the disconnect and whip from the disconnect to the outdoor unit. Power from the panel to the disconnect is not included.
- What if the unit needs to go on a roof?
- Roof penetrations and rigging are non standard work. They are quoted before the crew arrives.
