Call before the drywall crew leaves
Reach (512) 297-7493 while the drywall crew is still present. The site walk is when penetration location, drain routing and circuit get set. Open walls are the time to do that walk.
After drywall closes, the same routing may fall outside standard. A quote is issued before work on anything non standard. Make the call while access is still there.
If the site is not ready on the booked date
A $400 materials deposit has booked the date. Notify (512) 297-7493 when the unit will miss that date. Communication on the change comes back to you.
Mismatch with the site walk counts as non standard. Quote happens before that work starts.
What the site walk confirms
Line set length, circuit size, drain routing, penetration location and equipment size are all confirmed at the site walk. Schedule that walk by calling (512) 297-7493. Time it ahead of drywall close up.
Standard scope at $2,400 or $2,600 is defined by that walk. Items beyond it receive a quote in advance of labor.

Running the same install across more than one project? Call (512) 297-7493 to set up repeat scheduling.
- How do I book a date that fits the turn?
- Phone (512) 297-7493 and give the needed date. Deposit of $400 on materials reserves it. You receive confirmation. Alterations are reported to you.
- Can I book a weekend to hit the drywall date?
- The weekend figure is $2,600 materials and labor. It covers the weekend day you specify. Same $400 deposit applies. Dial (512) 297-7493 to place it.
- What if drywall is already closed?
- Still call (512) 297-7493. Penetrations, drain and circuit through finished walls often leave standard. Non standard work is quoted before any work begins.
- Do you pull the permit?
- Requirements vary by jurisdiction. We are not a permitting authority. Confirming that is on the owner or the general contractor.
- How is the mini split sized for the room?
- Sizing is a rule of thumb confirmed on site. A small bedroom reads smaller than it loads. West glass and a hot attic push the size up. The size gets confirmed on site.
